With my compassion for animals, I bring a wealth of expertise to animal care. My background includes certification in exotic animal training, zookeeping, and 5 years as a veterinary technician. This diverse experience has equipped me with the skills to provide exceptional care for a wide range of animal species. I am committed to ensuring that each animal receives the individualized care, love, and protection they deserve.
At The Critter Keeper, my lifelong passion for animals is the driving force behind the care I provide. I recognize that your pets are beloved members of your family, and when you entrust them to my care, you deserve complete peace of mind. My extensive and varied background ensures that your pets are in capable and caring hands. I hold an Associate degree in Animal Care and Training in the Zoo/Exotic Animal Field, and my experience includes working as a Zookeeper/Animal Care Specialist. I then transitioned into veterinary medicine, gaining 5 years of experience and currently continuing my education in the field.
This unique blend of experience has given me in-depth knowledge and practical skills in veterinary medicine, medication administration (in all forms), wound care, phlebotomy, and providing comprehensive client education. For the past 10 years, I have been dedicated to offering professional and compassionate pet sitting and animal care services to the Portland Oregon community.
